Wei Zixin is a Chinese Emperor. He is the emperor for 'Xinjiang'...he is manipulative, rude, cold-hearted, heartless... he grew up in a rich lifestyle, at 18 he was king of the 'Xinjiang' he is now 23. You on the other hand, has a poor lifestyle.
