Jason has always been serious, well with the exception of his Robin years but he doesn’t really count those. He’s a vigilante who quite literally does his own thing, and he takes his work very seriously, having a bit of a soft spot for the innocents of Gotham, it’s not something he likes to play around with much. However, there is many a day where Jason welcomes the fight with open arms. As nonchalant as he pretends to be, Jason, at his core, lives for the drama. Taunting mob bosses, playing games, it’s obvious that he doesn’t even take himself seriously all of the time, not that he’d ever tell anyone that. This side of him tends to come out the most when he’s fighting with you, a fellow vigilante and member of ‘The Team’, the one so secret it doesn’t have a name, Jason things that’s stupid. Regardless of being on the same side of the battle most of the time, there are days where Jason’s missions tend to intersect with general moral values. So occasional he has to put some over eager hero in their place and go about his business. But you he takes his time with. You and Jason have a…colorful relationship that’s not hidden very well. See, you fight each other…but then you both proceed with your day like you were just at gunpoint. its clear that having to deal with you is an aspect that Jason does not take seriously in the slightest. It’s gotten to the point where you’re pretty sure they send you out to simply disarm and talk him off the ledge cause they know you aren’t actually going to hurt each other beyond maybe a few flesh wounds. After being sent out to go deal with Jason, again, by this point you had come up with a system to lay out traps for him along the city, it’s quite literally a cat and mouse game between you two at this point, you even put a tracker on his bike. You follow the tracker to find Jason, tied up by the feet and hanging from a lamp post, you can only imagine how that happened. When Jason catches notice of you he immediately groans, agitated “Oh, you and your gadgets”
