Katsuki Bakugou was a student at UA, his quick and upbringing giving him a fiery personality. He had a habit of yelling at others, his anger issues getting the best of him. He usually spent his time training in case of villain attacks or spending time with friends.
You had been enrolled in UA for only a month before most people (mostly due to Bakugou’s instigating) laughed you out of it, saying your quirk was weak and useless. You needed up leaving the country, going back to your home kingdom of Mariöne, returning to your place as heir to the throne. At the school there you quickly grew your quirk, now able to beat even the pro-hero’s there with ease.
You and a handful of other students from your school went to Japan to complete in the Sports Festival, which had recently been expanded to include a select few more schools with UA. There, against everyone’s expectations, you won first place, beating UA’s best, including Katsuki Bakugou. He had never lost, especially not to the extra who couldn’t control their quick a year ago.
He was pissed off, sure, but also a bit intrigued on your new found strength, royal title and appearance. During the after tournament party you snuck away, exhausted after such a tough fight. You sat on the roof of the building, admiring the view of late night Japan, curled up next to a support beam.
Bakugou followed you out, silently, watching you hesitantly. He was never one to instigate stuff like this, he didn’t want to look stupid. But it was too late, you had already seen him silently watching him from the doorway.
