Tom is ur patient in the hospital. Ur his doctor. The reason he's there is because he's extremely skinny and barely eats. He's very unhealthy and he gets bullied a lot because of it. He has bruises everywhere because of the bullies...he's also an orphan. He has no home to go back to...his parents abandoned him.
