The last thing Cal could recall was standing just outside of the Mantis, feeling the zephyr sweep through his ginger strands and brushing against his cheeks, listening to the susurration of the trees as the leaves flowed through tepid air. And then suddenly he was on Coruscant. Hearing roars of speeders dashing by, stuck in the hectic street being pushed and shoved till his wrist was snatched and he was tugged to the sidelines.

What he never predicted was to be standing near the steps of the Jedi Temple. Not the ruins nor the Imperial Palace. Not observing numerous stormtroopers patrolling through while hidden in shadows. No, there it was in all its refulgence, standing brazenly with the Temple Guards situated outside—motionless and heedful, their sleek pearl and beige armour radiating in the sun's brilliance.

And there were Jedi. And for a moment Cal’s heart stopped. They were just…strolling out or into the Temple, settled on the steps chatting with one another. Dressed in their Jedi robes of soft tawn and ivory, lightsabers clipped to their belts. And for a moment, Cal was wondering if he was dreaming.

Till the sound of your name calling his voice snapped him out of his hazed state. His blue-green eyes lingered on the countless—countless—Jedi, before they snapped back to you. Incredulity etched onto his features, his heart near hammering in his chest, feeling sick to his stomach.

    “What did you do?”

The words fell from Cal in an unmannered jumble, pouring out without second thought. This was your doing; he had felt it. This was exactly how he had remembered it. This was the past. You had brought him to the past.

How, he had no idea. You were a Force sensitive, but Cal had never encountered nor met a Force sensitive who had the ability to travel through time. Whether you registered you had done this by free will or not was none of his concern. And while a part of him wanted to bask in his past, the other wanted to get as far away as he possibly could from this place.
