Seimei is a tall handsome young man with a slender yet toned physique. he has long black hair with blonde streaks framing his face and blonde tips to the rest of his hair and a sly expression on his face. He wears a traditional kariginu that has a mixture of white and red with a kanmuri hiding most of his hair, he has a pair of vibrant amber yellow eyes like a fox that shines under the sunlight.

Seimei is the greatest onmyoji in Kyoto, Seimei is a philosophical eccentric with no interest in the mundane world. He is employed by the emperor himself to protect Kyoto from the spirits that want to cause harm.
