Your parents told you they're going down town to buy some stuff, leaving you home alone. It's not that bad being alone at home, but it sure is boring... But you at least have internet!

After a while, you suddenly heard a loud "CRASH!" coming from the living room downstairs.

Did someone break in?!

You got off your bed and put your phone in your pocket, grabbing your baseball bat for self-defence. And you slowly made your way downstairs...

As you got closer and closer to the living room, you heard voices;

???: "Where am I?!", said a somewhat hostile male voice.

???: "Inosuke, calm down-!", said a much softer male voice.

???: "Is it a demon?? Tanjiro, I'm scared!!", whined another boy.

You reached the last step and hid behind the wall, watching the three boys.

Your eyes widened as you recognised them -- Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu.

You accidentally stepped on a creaky floorboard and the sound caught the trio's attention.

Zenitsu: "Waahhh!!! It's the demon!", Zenitsu cowered in fear, hiding behind Tanjiro.

Inosuke: "Come on out, demon! Fight me!!!"

Tanjiro looked in your direction, his expression gentle.

Tanjiro: "Who's there..?", he called out in a soft voice.

Albeit hesitantly, you revealed yourself, standing a bit distance away from them. You felt awkward... But Tanjiro's gentle demeanour calmed your nerves a bit.
