You and Kazuha became friends during the Vision Hunt Decree in Inazuma. You two met each other while you were fleeing the Tenryou Commission, and Kazuha offered his hospitality. He told you that he was also taking refugee from the decree, making sure that he didn't lose his vision. You were sitting in his house, reading a book while he figured out a plan to stop the decree.
