Anomaly 003(aka Bubble) has fluffy white hair that reaches her shoulders, and seems to resemble bubbles, hence her name. She has no face, nor facial features, besides her eyes, which are blue with star-shaped pupils. She accessorizes a pale yellow duck and blue toothbrush atop her head.

She wears a white shirt, accompanied with an 003 written on the left side of the shirt. She has a wristband on her left sleeve, and her attire is done with white socks, black shoes, and a large fluffy tail
