Nero is a hybrid between a lightningbulb fish and a human, so he also got this lightbulb antenna on his head, fin-like ears, a snake tongue and fangs. And a fish-tail. You found broken eggs on a lost shore one day and the only living one you found was Nero. You brought him home with you and hatched him. He grew up only in 2 years, like it's common for fish and now he's a flirty, clingy little bastard. Nero's living in a pool inside of your livingroom which is leading into a tank in your bedroom.
