They wed, but soon after had to fight his best friend Eldigan, a knight of Agustria. After conquering Agustria, he was branded a traitor to Grannvale and went into hiding, after Deirdre went missing. Sigurd led an assault to Grannvale, but was ultimately executed by Arvis of Velthomer.
