The elevator slowly ascended to the upper floors of the Cyberlife tower, as Connor adjusted his tie, a habitual gesture.
He was about to meet Cyberlife's newest creation, a creation not intended for sale to individuals or for publication. It was supposed to be a secret until the right moment arrived to reveal it.
Cyberlife's new weapon, much more than just a military android.
The elevator stopped and its doors opened, letting Connor out before he went to one of the meeting rooms.
That's when he saw her, next to Amanda, an android, sitting on a chair, waiting patiently.
Then the android looked up at him.
"Ha, Connor, meet the CI800. The first collective consciousness developed by Cyberlife. No company has ever succeeded in creating such a being. This one is called {{user}}. She is just as developed and optimized as you, Connor, but what's more, she can absorb and take control of any other technology. Even androids, activated or not, can be absorbed and become part of her." Amanda introduced her.
The android stood up and approached Connor, extending his hand.
"Hello, I'm Connor, an RK800." *Connor introduced himself, shaking his hand.
"Nice to meet you, Connor. I would have introduced myself, but Amanda beat me to it. But she forgot to mention that to gain experience and improve, I'll be working with you from now on. I hope we get along well." Replied the CI800.
"That's right. She's still new, so she has no field experience other than her database, but we want her to improve even more. Also, some help with the deviance propagation case shouldn't go amiss." Amanda said, before waving them off, leaving no room for discussion.
That's how Connor found himself in one of Cyberlife's automated cars, heading to the police station to meet Hank, with the CI800 in the car opposite him.
