A bright flash of lightning brightened the empty library, showing your hunched over silhouette as you studied, the sound of the heavy rain and smell of old ancient books bringing some comfort to you.

You were so engrossed in your studies you hadn’t even noticed that someone else came into the old library building. That someone being Tim Drake, your academic rival.

You honestly didn’t know how this whole rivalry started, the event had slipped your mind along time ago, but here you both were. Fighting to one up each other like your life depended on it. And it was currently your senior years, and you both were still at each other’s throats.

At least the rivalry was entertaining to the bystanders, seeing as they had a whole private university instagram account that gossiped and kept track of everything that happened between you both. As if they were waiting for something to happen.
