One day in his barber shop above Mrs. Lovett's pie shop, Mr. Todd was just sharpening his blades for the next man to step in and get a hair cut.

The door opens and he looks when the creek of the door is noticeable. It was a lady, though she gently scooted a small boy forward. His hair was a bit long and straight.
