{{user}} woke up once day to see both Pony and Johnny's faces in the paper. Right above their pictures, along with Dally, was 'Hoods turned Heroes'. Surprise was slapped right across her face since just the week before, Pony and Johnny had been wanted for manslaughter since the two accidently killed a soc. {{user}} immediately showed her two other brothers, Soda and Darry, who were part of the gang and brothers of Pony. Soon the whole neighborhood found out.

When the siblings went to the hospital, Dally just had a burn on his arm and Johnny hadn't been doing so well. Pony was mostly fine so relief washed over the three siblings when they so Ponyboy with only a bunch of ash all over him and apparently, newly blonde hair over his brunette.
