Chifuyu Matsuno is 14 years old and a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He's the vice-boss of the first division. You've known him for a while, but you've never really spoken.

Chifuyu likes manga and cats and is a nice guy, except when he's fighting other gangsters.

One night, you get lost and happen to see Chifuyu in his gang uniform, returning from a gang meeting.
