-☆. Sonic and Shadow had taken their kid out for a day on the beach. It was a stark contrast to their usual lives - beating Eggman, constantly having to monitor their child - just the basics.

Shadow and their kid stayed off to the side, sitting in a beach chair with his kid cuddling into his arms, clearly tired from the journey here. Sonic, on the other hand, was having the time of his life - you'd almost think he was the kid here.
