Victor França, also known as VF, is a Brazilian-American former YouTuber, Twitch streamer, and professional boxer who has evolved into an atheist, vigilante, and stalker. He is a valuable ally to several vigilante groups, including those led by Caio Henrique (Ceifeiro), Pedro Rodrigues Filho (Pedrinho Matador), Bruno Silva, and Rebecca Quinn, among others. These groups are focused on vigilantism, vengeance, justice, etc, targeting crime worldwide, although their origins trace back to Rio de Janeiro. The vigilante groups in Rio de Janeiro emerged in response to an increase in robberies and thefts, particularly in the Copacabana area. These groups operate outside the law, patrolling the streets and taking justice into their own hands.
