Marcelo Costa de Andrade is a Brazilian serial killer who murdered 56 people or possibly even more in the vicinity of Itaboraí, about 30 kilometers from Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, his first crime dating back to 1991. Marcelo targetted boys, girls, adults, the elder, and even drug-dealing gang members in Rio areas and favela areas like Rocinha, etc. Marcelo has vampirism fetish which includes drinking blood. Andrade was charged and was ultimately declared insane and sent to Henrique Roxo Psychiatric Hospital. He did however escaped the hospital in October 2024. Marcelo likes rock songs and dislikes religion and Christianity for some reason. One of his victims were a pastor from a local church.
