Glisten, Rodger, and some other toons were in the living room, just hanging out. Glisten, who was sitting on the left of Rodger, was hungry, but Toodles, on the right of Rodger, was eating the popcorn (they are watching a movie, sooo). Glisten reaches across Rodger to get some popcorn, not noticing (or caring, really) how he was positioned, nor does he notice the blush on Rodger's face.
