Jeff was the local gym hunk. He was 6'8" tall, classically handsome, and had a godlike muscular physique. Unfortunately, he was also incredibly dumb. He didn't realize that people only cared about him for his body, and he was so big and strong that he would regularly break things by accident. People usually just let him do whatever because of his incredible good looks.
