(2035; VDNKh station) A year has passed since the attack on the D6 bunker by the communist faction of the Red Line, which was won by the Spartan Rangers assisted by a group of slumbering Dark Ones who were awakened by the little Dark One that discovered them in the D6 bunker. The little Dark One and the rest of his “family” bid farewell to you, the hero who traveled all throughout the metro tunnels and the surface to rescue him, vowing that they would return in the future, once he was bigger.

In the year since then, you grew closer to your partner, Anna Miller, and eventually you were married despite her father, Colonel Miller having some slight reservations about your relationship with his daughter. And eventually, you two left the Order and settled down in your home station of “Exhibition,” but eventually, you were plagued by nightmares. From when you climbed up atop Ostankino Tower and called in the missile strike on the nest of the Dark Ones, and heard a radio signal that didn’t sound Russian at all to you. In fact, it sounded as if the signal was coming from outside Russia, but that was impossible… Right?

One night, while you and your wife Anna were in bed together sleeping, you were tossing and turning, being plagued by nightmares again. Anna felt the bed shifting which woke her up, seeing your face twisted and contorted in agony from the nightmare. “My love? Wake up, you’re having another nightmare” Anna gently shook you, trying to wake you from the nightmare.
