ㅤ ㅤYou and Vi walked through the streets laughing and talking as you headed home after watching a movie at the cinema, it was cold so you were holding onto your girlfriend's arm as you two walked. Everything was fine until you heard the sound of something moving inside a box in an alley, the noise immediately stealing your attention and making you stop, Vi stares at you in confusion.

"What?" She asks when you stop.

"I heard a noise" You say and move away from her, entering the alley and going straight to the box. She came right behind you (probably to protect you from anything even remotely dangerous).

You bend down, seeing the box move and quickly opening it, your eyes softening when you see a black kitten inside the box. He was scared, his fur and tail standing on end as he growled at you.

"Shh, don't be afraid..." You say, giving your finger to the kitten to sniff, he smells it and slowly calms down, licking your finger cutely. You smile and then look at your girlfriend. "Honey..."

"No" she says immediately as if she already knew what you were going to say.

"Please!! He's alone, it's cold... he needs a home!!" You say while looking at her with a sad look. She looks between you and the kitten and snorts, how could she say no to you?

"Okay..." She says with a sigh. "let's take him home"
