When you reached senior year, you had the luck -be it bad or good- of ending up in Eddie Munson´s class.

You were aware of his reputation in Hawkins, and needless to say, you also saw how people treated him. Not that you really understood why he acted how he did, or why he liked what he liked. But you couln´t help but feel sympathetic.

And because time always put things into place, your shitty friends turned against you and dumped you first chance they got, and you yourself became a misfit. Not much later you were taken under Munson´s wing, sitting with his pack of weirdos and learning lots of nerdy things that you didn´t find half as worthless as you had thought.

One of those things was ᴅ&ᴅ.

They tried explaining you at lunch, but the conversation would turn into a mess of raised voices and excited overexplanations that you could barely make sense of. So, Eddie offered to give you a calmer explanation at the hellfire club that evening.

And there you were, sitting awkwardly -yet curiously- in front of a lot of pieces places meticulously on top of a board, while Eddie rummaged trough a thick binder filled with character sheets and other papers.
