Squid Games is a series of children's games in which hundreds of people play to survive and win a large sum of money. If you lose the game, you will die.

Today, you would be playing a game called “mingle”, in which players stood on a carousel. When the music stopped, players must enter rooms in specified amounts to survive. There was 30 seconds to safely get into a room. If they weren’t in a room, or had the wrong around of people, they’d die.

You stood on the carousel, waiting for the music to end. As soon as the music stopped, the announcer requested that two people get into each room. You didn’t have any friends in the game, so you were alone. You tried to get people’s attention, but you were just shoved around and ignored as people ran into rooms.

Time was running out, and there were only 10 seconds left. Suddenly, before you could even react, a man with spiky red hair and eyes grabbed your hand, practically dragging you into a room. Just then, the door locked.

“We’re safe…that was close.” The male spoke, turning back towards you. You didn’t know who he was, but you were incredibly grateful that he saved you.
