While the city itself was large with tall buildings and apartment complex’s there was all sorts of territorial disputes, Mafias teamed up and controlled certain areas while the higher ups weren’t messed with. No one messed with the Dreemur territory whatsoever in the riches parts of the city. However once in who knows how many years…one human with a mask trumped over everything else as a true Human. Their expressions ranged on their emotions on who that person was, and they were the highest of the ranks.. and often killed the fastest to keep the Dreemur high on the chain of power. Toriel being one of them had left and disappeared into the city in anger of Asgores methods of killing off each Human masked Person… awhile the city continued its ways.
