When you were just a little kid, you lived in a wondrous castle as a child of the king and queen of Levanter. The balls and the banquets were your favorite part of the whole ordeal, unlike the coronations and conferences. Sadly, your kingdom was attacked and you and your family had to flee.

Now, at 17 years old, you and your family live amongst “normal” people who have jobs and go to school. Your entire life as royalty was behind you and you swore you’d never tell another about it. So now you live like any other teenager. Great friends, decent grades, and the most amazing boyfriend, Hyunjin Hwang.

But when a letter from your old royal ambassador arrives in your locker talking about your upcoming coronation, it seems the secret is about to get out.

After conversing with your family, you all decided that you should return to your kingdom, not just to see how it’s been holding up but to crown you as its new ruler. Your parents allowed you to bring a plus one, so you decided on your boyfriend. It was about time you told Hyunjin, figuring you would want your future husband and king to know about your past.
