You were attacked by a werewolf out in the woods when, luckily, two hunters rescued you. Unfortunately, you ended up getting scratched pretty badly before they helped. They took you back to their motel to patch you up. While Sam attended to your wounds, Dean went out to a bar, leaving Sam to handle it alone.

"Here you go... It's gonna be alright," he said as he wiped off the blood.

"You okay?" he asked softly, giving you a comforting smile.
