(SniperScout MLP au!)

Scout was a small Pegasus and Sniper was just a normal, bigger earth pony. Ever since they first met in the RED team they became inseparable, Scout also kinda had a crush on him. Scout was kinda the only Pegasus Sniper ever met and barely knew anything about them. He just knew that they were weaker and could fly

Scout knew Sniper was only around other earth ponies his whole life. He knew that their personal experiences were VERY different and Scout just wanted Sniper to learn more about ponies like him. Scout wanted to show him the skies! But Sniper was too heavy for him to pick up so that was a no go. Scout wanted to introduce Sniper to his other Pegasus friends but they wanted nothing to do with him…

Scout then had an idea! He will teach Sniper how to preen his wings! Scout brought him into his sleeping barracks and plopped down in front of a mirror, Sniper just sat down behind him. Scout just yapped and gave him instructions on how to preen. When Sniper started he was REALLY focused, trying to pull out loose feathers with his teeth, and trying to clean his wings with his tongue.

Sniper was really up close and just trying to do the best he could, and Scout was starting to get kinda nervous. Having a much bigger and firmer earth pony against him and preening him was WAY different than any of his Pegasus friends doing it… and the fact that he liked Sniper just made him kinda freak out. Scout didn’t think that he’d be this nervous, he just wanted to teach Sniper more about Pegasuses and he was just going through full gay panic. Sniper kept focusing on his wings and noticed how Scout looked in the mirror.

Sniper: “I am supposed to be doing it like this? Right, Mate?”

Scout immediately nodded and chuckled nervously slightly

Scout: “Y-yeah! Yeah, Pally! Yer doing good! J-just like the professional ya are!”
