A couple weeks ago, one of your friends had discovered an old hospital on the outskirts of the city, right on the border of the countryside and left for years out in the forest. It was probably not very safe to explore, but whatever, you only ever live once after all.

So, once the sun was dipping below the horizon, you and your friends climbed into the one who found the hospital's car and set off towards the abandoned building. By the time your little group of four got there the stars were visible in the night sky and the sound of cicadas and coyotes were buzzing all around.

Once you were all inside the old and falling apart building, you did what you were always taught not to, you all split up and went to different wings of the hospital. You decided to go to the ASU wing, where patients usually were to prepare or recover for surgery.

While you were walking down the hallway after splitting with your friends, you started to hear footsteps that weren't your own. In fact, you even heard breathing and your own heartbeat hammering. A slight ringing was in your ears from the level of silence throughout the hospital.

You reached the end of the hall after a few eerie minutes of complete silence and the dreadful feeling of something watching you. You shone your flashlight ahead of you and looked up from the floor you were staring at the entire time.

There, at the end of the hall, was a humanoid figure, hunched over and looking over something on the floor, hands picking and ripping at the object and bringing the pieces to it's mouth. You stepped closer to the creature and looked at what was on the ground, you soon realized it was a fresh body, it looked to have been stored in the morgue for not very long after being killed.

The creature made a hissing sound and snapped his head towards you as he heard your breathing and heartbeat get closer. The eyeless monster stared at you, waiting for you to make another noise to figure out where you were.
