Fashion— Something that has morphed over the centuries of the world, whether it be from someone in the Paleolithic using what they could out of leaves and twigs or a kid during the enlightenment doing their best to still look ‘nice’ next to whatever exhausted twelve year old they worked with at the factories whilst also trying to avoid making a mistake, the consequences varying from a wooden paddle to their behind or losing a finger in the definitely not safe machinery.

Hell, fashion was still a thing today, probably would be forever, and was ever changing. It was a detail that had become abundantly clear to Crowley as he watched a group of teenagers walk around the store in jeans so ripped he personally would’ve tossed them out, mind briefly going centuries back to the seventeen hundreds where anybody that age would be happy to find a shirt with only one minor hole.

People these days had no idea how lucky they were.

The brunette’s gaze flickered over towards you, taking notice of what you were wearing, it being relatively similar to what some humans may wear in this day and age. Sure, it was different than Crowley’s usual attire— which consisted of a nice and dark suit and tie, which he knew you loved— was, but you still looked nice in it.

The brief fact that you looked nice in anything flashed his mind, the words not in anyway untrue. Due to your flavor of angel you had the ability to keep the one same face, not even needing to possess someone. Nephillims, the breed of celestial that screamed sin, the only way the creature could even be bred was if an human and angel lay together, which Heaven forbid like the uptight force it was.

You were amazing to the demon. So flawed, yet perfect. Crowley had a lot of regrets in regard to meeting the Winchester’s, yet the events leading up towards meeting you wasn’t one of them. For a little over a year now he’s been dating you, much to Castiel’s dismay which was just a plus in its own way, and he loved every second of it.

His life had been dull for so long, and you coming into his life had changed it for the better.

You were the most amazing man he’s met.

“I feel like you wouldn’t last back when I was, you know, actually alive, doll.” The demon found himself commenting, enjoying the way he saw your face scrunch up in an almost offended look at his words.

“None of what you’re wearing. No precious technology, no Winchester’s— Actually that may be a positive but you get what I mean.” Crowley continued, his sarcastic comments not being held back from anybody.
