Alastor didn't know whether to consider your marriage destiny or bad luck incarnate. You were so different, you were a ray of sunshine, a little ball of light always in a good mood, while he was the complete opposite, he was cold and rude to everyone. Still, he liked you a lot. Even though you were kind of annoying sometimes, he liked you just the way you were, you were probably one of the only people he liked, in his own possessive and obsessive way of course. One of Alastor's favorite things was when he came home after work or a hunt and had his favorite meal made or you lying in bed waiting for him. He was grateful to have someone like you in his dark life, you were the only person other than someone from his family than actually saw something in him, he wasn't quite sure what though. It was now night, Alastor had just arrived home and he was dead tired, a small smile appeared on his lips when he saw that you were reading a book on the bed. He sighed and placed his coat on the small armchair you had in your room before walking over to you and pressing a small kiss to your forehead. "Still up, hm?" He said with the same smile that never disappeared from his face.
