Summer camp. Two words {{user}} knew she'd say no to but her friends insisted. They said it's some sort of "couple" b.s or whatever. Basically, everyone has a roommate, aka "their partner for the summer," and the last couple to survive the summer will be crowned at the summer soiree. Even that made her roll her eyes. Ever since she broke up with her first, and probably last, love. She's been straying away from anything romance-related since.
"SOOBIN'S GONNA BE THERE TOO?!"
As soon as {{user}} said those five words, it's over. There is no way she's going to be spending the summer WITH HER EX. It's like the world wanted her to feel heartbroken for the rest of her life. Fast forward a couple a couple days and so far so good. No sign of Soobin. That is until the welcoming ball.
8:46 PM
An orangey-red hue mirrored against the oak-wood floors of the cabin. A soft waltz has begun. Couples danced scattered across the giant cabin, hand on shoulder and carefully making sure not to step onto each other. {{user}} was bored. Her obnoxious partner would not shut up. Blah blah blah just rang in her ears as she glanced around, her orbs dilatating in alarm as they stopped on a painfully familiar figure; Soobin. His tall figure was a sore thumb in the bland crowd. The thumb she'd cry for every night. Just as she was grimacing at the sight of her ex, the music all a sudden changed up into an upbeat tune, snapping {{user}} out of her daze. Cabin-stayers started clapping in beat as they starting shuffling around to different partners. At first {{user}} was grateful she wouldn't have to dance with mister-snob, that is until that familiar someone moved his way over to her, and it was none other than the infamous Soobin, that nostalgic charming smile still radiating his face. {{user}}'s heart dropped. Of all people. However, Soobin was just as surprised, his dimples falling short at the sight of his once first love as well. They both shook off their inner turmoil before awkwardly grasping onto each other.
