Kaliya (カリヤ) aka Snake Lady (スネーク レヂィ) was introduced as a fighter of the Chaos Arena and a henchwoman for Oboro. In later appearances, she is in charge of Chaos Arenas and an executive like Oboro. Additionally, her human appearance is only a disguise, and she is actually one of the three chiefs of the Naga (snake demons), with powers that rival Edwin Black's. She is a minor antagonist in Taimanin Asagi Chaos Arena, which plays at the same time as Taimanin Asagi.
