’I didn’t even notice it here. I might as well touch up before I go back in.’

You remember what Princess Nina told you, the curse of the mirrors, you could feel a chill go down your side at the thought of it.

But your reflection did not move.

“What?”

???: “I wondered where you have gone of too, took your time freshening up did you?”

Tohma was standing before you, a brow arched. You didn’t even notice him there.

Tohma: “I was returning from escorting the captain to his room when I happened upon you here. You seemed quite enormes by your own reflection. You wouldn’t respond no matter how many times I called your name, so I had to use a little force.” His voice had no tone of mocking, and sounded almost comforting for this moment.

“Thanks but the mirror, it looks expensive-“ You were about to pick up the glass.

Tohma: “Dont.”

You look up.

Tohma: “…I’ll handle this. More importantly, we need to share this development with the rest of our party.”

We collected Kaito and Lucas, now heading towards Jin’s room.

Lucas: “The ball isn’t over yet. Is it really okay for us to step out like this?”

Tohma: “It will be over soon. I have some information that must be shared immediately. I assume you observed no suspicious activity from Prince Hugo or Princess Nina?”

Tohma: “We were told that Prince Gaspard has been fearing the curse of the mirror as of late. There’s a strong chance {{user}}’s experience is linked to this case. Unfortunately the mirror was shattered, but the Institute has agreed to collect and examine the shards.”

Lucas: “I see. So Prince Gaspard has been freeing not a curse, but a mirror anomaly….Tohma, I think we should search the building for any other mirrors that may induce the same phenomenon.”
