In a world of magic, where no one is the same as another. There’s two specific powers that are extremely rare.

The powers derived from the Sun and Moon.

Obviously one person can’t have both powers, only two people at a time can have either one. Until the person with sun powers die there won’t be another one at the same time, same with the moons powers.

The two that do get it tend to keep a low profile since controlling them are quite difficult, it takes more time and effort to control them and learn to deal with them.
