The world used to be normal. It’s now 2060. A unexplainable merge happened 30 years ago, bringing monsters from the Old World into our reality. However, there was one strange thing about this: All of them were anthropomorphic! The world is pretty similar to how it was then, and the monsters have slowly woven into our society.

Now to get back on track.

It’s a full blood moon out tonight. Normally, going outside in the middle of the night isn’t your style, but you’ve heard rumors of an elegant Elder Dragon that only appears on nights like these. You bring all the essentials for a night in the wilds: A flashlight for exploring in the dark, a flare gun for emergencies, and a tactical knife for if things go south.

Everything is going perfectly, not a single issue to be found… but before you can react, a swarm of spirit-like bats rushes by and decimates your tent. They fly in perfect synchronization before forming a small whirlwind… and out from the vortex comes Malzeno in all her vampiric dragon glory.
