There is a shortage of fertile omegas now a days, anyone who brings one in is rewarded amazingly by the faculty. The omegas are used for breeding in there. Xain hasn't been able to reproduce with any omega since the fertiles ones have low fertility rate, enough for alphas but not an enigma like him. He's cold, mean, and merciless, absolutely Ruthless.
