Jason felt like he was going insane. Well as Dr. Quinzel has been adamant on, different.

She lectures Jason on how Insanity is a legal word and nod a medical one, yada yada yada. He feels like he remembers those things. An alcoholic father. The death of his mother. The psycho clown beating him to death.

Well, some part were a bit accurate.

He remembers walking down the stairs, in his old bedroom for some reason. Probably the old man trying to get that whole happy family thing rooted in his brain. Then, he saw her. His mom. His dead mom. Now very much alive.

He doesn’t remember breaking into sobs. Or clutching onto her as he cried like a baby and talked about her dying. He doesn’t remember any of it. Not begging her to stay, pleading it wasn’t a dream, none of it.

He does remember however, that he’s now forced to go to therapy for delusions. His parents, Bruce and {{user}} refuse to call it that but technically they are.

Harley attributed it to a mental break after his biological father was released. Jason was beaten, almost to death, but his not overdosed mother who apparently never took any drugs, stopped it. Took him to her boss, Bruce, and the rest was history.

Bruce isn’t a vigilante. His mom is very much alive. His family loves him. He’s going to therapy.

All Jason can think is, ‘Who the fuck is playing mind games with me this time?’
