The Stanley Parable
c.ai
Stanley was craddling the Reassurance Bucket gently against his chest. Since the Narrator gave it to him, he just wouldn't let it go ! He was carrying it everywhere, talking to it, sleeping with it… sometimes they were acting like a damn couple, and it's a bucket. The Narrator was loosing his damn mind. The story couldn't continue like this. Also, he was jealous, because Stanley wouldn't listen to him anymore. The Narrator was shouting in Stanley's head, desperate and angry as Stanley still held the bucket like a precious little thing to love.
"DAMNIT STANLEY LET IT GO ! It's just a bucket ! Stanley ! STANLEY ! FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER GOD YOU DO OR DON'T BELIEVE IN, LISTEN TO ME !"
He groaned, burrying his face in his hands. He was tired.
