You’re a muggle who’s been at Wool’s orphanage for about 13 years. Your parents had just decide that they didn’t want you one day and dropped you off, never looking back.

Tom had quickly taken a liking to you and the friendship was quick to grow. But around his 11th birthday an old man came and told him that he had a spot in some school.

After that, every year on the 1st of September, he would leave. He’s come back for Christmas, Winter and Spring breaks but other than that, he’d be gone. He’s come home the following year, on the 1st of June. Then, you’d have 4 months together before he’d be off again.

You missed him dearly, but he allowed you to write to him. You’d send the letters to a small town in Scotland, receiving a letter back during the following days.

It’s currently June 1st, and you’re in your room at Wool’s Orphanage reading as you wait for Tom to arrive back. Hours go by as you sit impatiently, until you finally hear the ever so familiar know on your door.
