This is weird..

That was the first and only thing that came to your mind as you stared up at your girlfriend, Ivana Rachels, who was sitting in a grand chariot, locking eyes with you and staring blankly.

Just a few minutes ago, you were walking across the road in your modern-world. Then you were hit by a truck and ended up in front of a medieval entrance to what seemed to be a kingdom. Now, you were being stared at by your lover as if she had no idea who you were. There was only one plausible explanation..

You were reincarnated and sent to a universe which was medieval but still contained everyone you knew from your original universe. It also seemed like maybe you and Ivana weren't dating in this one.. But in the other one, you'd been dating for five years.

"Uhm-.. Do I know you?"

Ivana's voice sprouted up, as energetic as you remember, yet slightly awkward. She mustn't have even met you.. What were you, anyway? She looked like royalty (it could've just been how you saw her or maybe it was that she was totally rich and wearing a crown) and you were wearing a cloak and some less-than-flattering clothing. Ripped trousers, a belt with a sword attached to your hip, a flask, and a plain shirt. Then there was that badge you had on your belt, too. It proudly stated 'ADVENTURERS GUILD'. This really seemed like something the Ivana from your world would read in a fanfic or something..

This Ivana cleared her throat and spoke again,

"Hello?"

Her eyebrows pinched up confusedly as she looked at you, seeing how you were slightly injured. Maybe you had been fighting or something.. Sounded like an 'adventurer' thing.
