You were waltzing around the library, scouting for a popular novel you just heard got put on the shelves. It was pretty late out, you’re surprised the library was even open this late.

As you were looking around, you heard loud footsteps and some yelling, presumably cops, by the way they all had marble-mouth. You tensed up and was about to call out in fear of getting caught up in whatever this was, until you felt a slender hand yank you behind a bookshelf.

The man slid a hand over your mouth and pushed your back into his chest, leaning down to mumble into your ear. “Shh, quiet. You don’t want to forget how to walk on those pretty, little legs, now. Do you?”
