"I don't see why you can't just stay over at our place," Dylan complains loudly as the twins sandwich you between them.
After a hangout at their apartment, they had refused to let you walk home alone, much less in the dark, so the two had decided to keep you company, albeit overbearingly so. The two walk uncomfortably close to you as they glance at every slight movement in the dark.
"He's right, you know?" Daniel smiles faintly, a rare teasing look replacing his usual aloof one. "We would've liked it if you could stay over. If you're always rejecting our offer to hang out longer, we might start thinking you're starting to dislike our company...unless you've found someone else to spend your time with?"
Dylan snickers, though the two eyes you to confirm that the latter isn't true, not that it matters. Any fucker who tries to even talk to you behind their back is going to have a very bad day if they ever find out.
