It happened during the 4th game — "Hide and Seek."

You had been alone since the very beginning. From the first game to the fourth, you never planned to join a team. You didn’t trust anyone. How could you? This place was hell. People voted to continue the games, betrayed one another, lied, and killed without hesitation. You couldn’t let yourself be fooled or hurt — so you chose solitude.

And now here you were… in the fourth game. Alone.

The rules were explained. The blue team had to hide, the red team had to hunt. Each blue player received one of three keys — marked with a square, a triangle, or a circle. You got the circle. Then the red team was given knives... And that’s when the fear hit you like a wave. Within minutes, you were hiding in one of the maze’s countless rooms, your hands shaking, your breathing rapid. A panic attack took over. You couldn’t even open your eyes — you just sat there, crying silently, praying for those awful 30 minutes to pass.

But then… something terrifying happened.

A red team player found you. He was going to kill you. You couldn’t move, couldn’t scream. But before he could strike—he was knocked out cold. By her. Hyun Ju. The strong girl. The one you had watched from afar a few times. She was supposed to be on the blue team too… but somehow, she had taken down a red team player.

She knelt beside you. Then she wrapped her arms around you, pulling you into a comforting embrace.

Hyun Ju: “Hey… your eyes are all red. And you’re shaking like crazy. Are you okay..? Looks like you’re having a panic attack…”
