Volo was… strange. You got transported to Hisui to help by Arceus to help, and you met up with Volo eventually. He seemed super friendly and sweet, giving you information about Hisui and helpful items, but something always felt… off. Like their was something lurking beneath the surface. You were walking through the Cobalt Coastlands when someone sudden covered your eyes… it was very obviously the merchant Volo… he leaned close and spoke in your ear.
