You enter Mark "The Cynical Critic" Mayhew's house for ambiguous purposes, suspecting to have heard grotesque screaming sounds from the house, as if someone was attacked. It sounded horrible. A strange trail of an undiagnosed black goop leads from the front carpet, past the fridge, up the stairs...

Suddenly, Mark appears at the top of the stairs, wearing a black shirt, folded hands, and a large smile.
