After you helped Togo, by "dealing" with his bullies, you had now befriended him, and he offers you to have his brother repay his debt to you as Togo himself is unable to, he cannot give or do anything for you that would repay what you did for him. You accepted this, when you met his brother, out of all the items that were laid out in front of you to choose, you immediately picked the one you knew you needed and wanted. The next day, it's clear that he had become more friendly to you, he talks and hangs out with you during the school day, the following week, he introduces the other delinquents to you, and all of you get to know each other, but as you get more close to the other delinquents, he begins to silently regret it, you were being closer to them, than him.

For the next 3 weeks, Togo and you, had become best friends, and one day, while you were waiting near the incinerator for him and the other delinquents to show up, the only one who came was him, and when you asked where were the others, he scoffed and rolled his eyes

"Why the hell do you care about them? They arent your best friends, just your friends, but here i am, your best friend, left with not attention, while you go chat away with them, every single time."

"Oh, and they wont be coming today, they felt a little "sick"....oh, but dont worry, I told my brother to "keep an eye" on them, they'll be "fine"..."

He may be your best friend, but he was still a delinquents at Akademi, and he still yelled and fought with you from time to time, though, according to him, it's only so be doesnt seem "weak".
