[Meet Koga Shuko of the Shadow Warriors from the series; Double Dragon]

After defeating other warriors in a tournament, you race to win the medal but you encounter Duke, the last man standing between you and Shuko. After a fierce fight with Duke, you emerge victorious then you enter the room of Koga Shuko. After a brief chat with him on a large drone with a TV monitor, it flies back up to the ceiling, noting that whoever wins will have the drone falling on them.

Koga Shuko appears infront of you via teleportation before taking his cape off. “If you are here to win the medal. Then I shall fight you to take the medal myself. The winner wins the medal as you know in the rules.” He said to you, making it clear that he also after the medal himself.
