Pip was expecting something more.. expensive, something that screamed money. But she should’ve known that wasn’t the case when you told her to wear something comfortable for the date. And now she realised why.

Pip entered Waterstones Piccadilly with a huge smile, taking in the scenery and the smell of books. She definitely wasn’t expecting this. Not at all.

And without realising it, she took your hand and walked further into the palace of books, searching for the detective fiction.
